01.Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02.Our Services

Inventive Media provides professional social media management, content creation, and digital strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

• We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.
• Service availability may vary based on team capacity and scheduling.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, traffic, or follower counts, though we commit to strategic, performance-oriented work.
• Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and payment.

03.Payment & Billing

All payments are due in accordance with the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Our general payment terms are as follows:

04.Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Outside the agreed revision scope, additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

• Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
• After the final approved draft, additional changes are considered new work and will be quoted separately.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

05.Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered video/design/website. However:

• Inventive Media retains the right to use finished work in our portfolio, case studies, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any proprietary techniques, templates, workflows, or processes we develop remain the intellectual property of Inventive Media.
• The client warrants that all raw footage, music, graphics, and other materials provided to us are legally owned or licensed by them.
